Women’s Morning Out – Let’s Go Hiking!
Saturday, Feb. 24, 8-11 a.m.
Meet at 8:00 a.m. at the entrance to Canyon View Park in Aliso Viejo (22144 Canyon Vistas, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656). Please allow 20-30 minutes travel time from Irvine. Free parking is available on the neighborhood streets.
This is a MODERATE hike (some inclines and uneven terrain) in the Aliso and Wood Canyon Wilderness Park that will range from 2 ½ -7 miles, depending on how far you want to go. (As a group, we will decide how much time everyone has. You are free to turn around at any time, depending on your time constraints.)
Wear hiking boots and layered clothing. (Tennis shoes not recommended.) Bring 1L water, backpack, hat, sunscreen, and a snack (if desired). Bring money if you want to grab lunch with the group afterwards.
