To connect and encourage women, that they may grow to maturity in Christ.
Our ministry is based on Colossians 2:2-3
“My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” (NIV)
We desire to connect women to each other through fun events (movie nights, lunches, hikes, crafts, etc.) and service projects (serving dinner at Ronald McDonald House or soup kitchen, gleaning the fields at the Great Park, etc.).
We desire to create a culture where women serve, support, and encourage one another, seeking fulfillment in life-giving activities rather than self-fulfillment. We achieve this through our Meals Ministry (bringing meals to new parents and people who are sick or in crisis) and more.
Our greatest desire is to grow women to maturity in Christ! All other activities are a means to this end. We achieve this through Women’s Life Groups/Bible Studies, Lifestyle Mentoring, Women’s Retreats, Women's Tea, and other conferences/events.

Women’s Breakfast & Bible Study:
"Living In Truth: Confident Conversation in a Conflicted Culture" - a study by Mary Jo Sharp
We live in a conflicted culture, where people challenge the very existence of truth. God has called believers to bring light into today's darkness. Join us as we pursue truth and gain the skills for confidently conversing with people in our confused age. Learn to relax as you listen to others and respond to cultural views and individual beliefs with gentleness and respect. Rather than experience hostile confrontation, you can assist and join others in the pursuit of truth.
Although it's not required, we strongly recommend you purchase a copy of the Bible study book, "Living in Truth" by Mary Jo Sharp, available at www.lifeway.com or from LifeWay bookstores. If you email Carol@pacificchurch.com by Sunday, Jan 13, she can order a book for you.
For more information, or to reserve childcare (1 week advanced notice, please), contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
