REFRESH!

A Monthly "Getaway" for Women

Our topic for 2026 is "Love Focused: Living Life to the Fullest," based on the book by Bob and Judy Hughes.

This study will help you succeed at the two things God says are most important: loving God and loving others.

Each month, we will cover one chapter of the book, using the study guide to direct our discussion. Although we will follow a book club format, please feel free to attend even if you have not read the chapter – you will still learn from the material presented!

REFRESH! includes:

• Time for personal connection and mutual encouragement (Rom. 15:32)
• Time in the Word and prayer (Jer. 31:25)
• Potluck breakfast.
