SEEDS IN FRESH SOIL?
We turned the soil afresh while pulling stones and weeds.
Added fertilizer and water for new seeds.
We added some rich mulch, the sun began his work,
The small patch was planted, a scarecrow’s face did lurk.
Forty-five “plantings” sown each seed is a child’s face.
Fun games and songs of praise, they learn of Jesus’ grace.
“African safari” a new land for five days.
The love of God shown through choice servants of His ways.
A taste of heaven shown, fellowship at its best.
And now the work is done. In Your hands is the rest.
Will seeds planted in hearts grow to flower and seed?
God’s beauty in a heart could free a heart in need.
